Our growth strategy involves commercial to residential developments, refurbishment and refinancing, and new build homes. We aim to partner with investors and institutional funding to support our expansion into property development. We work in a specific geographical area in the South East and have successfully completed a number of refurbishment projects in this area. Drawing on our extensive experience and connections in the residential property and commercial real estate sectors, we aim to design contemporary and comfortable homes that prioritise eco-friendly and sustainable practices whilst reducing our carbon footprint.
